Aus den Gurkenst\u00fccken mit einem L\u00f6ffelchen die Kerne herausl\u00f6sen. In einer Sch\u00fcssel die Butter mit Senf, Salz, Cayennepfeffer, Petersilie, Dill und den zerdr\u00fcckten Sardellenfilets sehr schaumig r\u00fchren. Die hartgekochten, gesch\u00e4lten Eier sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln und mit dem Sellerie zur Buttermischung geben. Die Creme in die ausgeh\u00f6hlten Gurkenst\u00fccke f\u00fcllen. Die gewaschenen Tomaten halbieren, die Schnittfl\u00e4chen mit der italienischen Salatsauce betr\u00e4ufeln und kurze Zeit ziehen lassen.
