Die harten Stiele abschneiden.<br \/>\nDie Putenschnitzel mit K\u00fcchenpapier abtupfen und quer zur Faser in etwa 2 cm dicke St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit der Speisest\u00e4rke \u00fcberst\u00e4uben. Dann die St\u00e4rke mit den Fingerspitzen leicht ins Fleisch einmassieren.<br \/>\nDas \u00d6l im Wok erhitzen und die Fleischst\u00fccke portionsweise darin anbra- ten, bis sie ganz zart gebr\u00e4unt sind. Auf den Abtropfrost legen und leicht salzen. Die Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und durch die Presse ins Brat- fett dr\u00fccken. Den Spinat zugeben, unter R\u00fchren zusammenfallen lassen und mit der H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen.
