Die trocken ger\u00f6steten Erdn\u00fcsse grob zerhacken. Die weissen Teile des Zitronengras schnetzeln und mit den Nelken in wenig \u00d6l frittieren leicht br\u00e4unen und zerdr\u00fccken, Salz, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch hinzugeben.<br \/>\nFleisch in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden, mit der Kokosmilch, Zimt, Kardamom, Fischsosse in einen Topf geben. Langsam aufkochen, \u00f6fter umr\u00fchren. Offen ca. eine Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Fleisch gar ist.<br \/>\nFleisch herausnehmen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit auf 1\/3 ihrer Originalmenge einkochen. Currypaste, Zwiebeln-Knoblauchmischung, Tamarindensaft und Limettensaft einr\u00fchren.
