Eine kleine Portion Nudeln in der Hand zu einem Nest formen und ausdr\u00fccken. Diese Nestchen auf ein Sieb legen.<br \/>\nDen Ingwer sch\u00e4len und in sehr feine, etwa zwei Zentimeter lange Streifen schneiden. Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Die Ananasst\u00fccke abtropfen lassen und fein hacken.<br \/>\nDie getrockneten Shrimps im Mixer sehr fein zerteilen und in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Die Chilis waschen, putzen und in feine Ringe schneiden. In einer Schale mit dem Zitronensaft, der Fischsauce und dem Zucker gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie Kokosmilch mit der Speisest\u00e4rke in einem Topf anr\u00fchren und unter R\u00fchren einmal aufkochen. Dann abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nAm Tisch nimmt jeder nach seinem Geschmack zu den kalten Nudeln Ananas, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Schrimps, Kokoscreme und
