Tomaten mit kochendhei\u00dfem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, h\u00e4uten und die St\u00e4ngelans\u00e4tze entfernen. Ebenfalls w\u00fcrfeln. Ananas abtropfen lassen, Bananen in Scheiben schneiden. Alles in einer Sch\u00fcssel locker mischen und Zitronensaft dar\u00fcbergie\u00dfen. F\u00fcr die Marinade Senf mit Zitronensaft und saurer Sahne in einer Sch\u00fcssel anr\u00fchren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika und Zucker kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen, \u00fcber den Salat gie\u00dfen. F\u00fcr die Garnierung den Salat zerpfl\u00fccken. Bl\u00e4tter unter kaltem Wasser absp\u00fclen und trocknen. Auf einer Platte verteilen. Gemischten Salat kranzf\u00f6rmig am Rand verteilen. Maisk\u00f6rner auf einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. Essig, \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren. Maisk\u00f6rner untermischen. In der Mitte der Platte anrichten. Salat 15 min in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.
