Zwiebel abziehen und halbieren. Die Zwiebel mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che auf den Boden eines Schnellkochtopfes legen und anr\u00f6sten. Suppengr\u00fcn zugeben, kurz mitr\u00f6sten, dann das Huhn und das Wasser zugeben. Den Topf verschlie\u00dfen und das Huhn auf der Schon- oder Biostufe 30 Minute garen. Den Topf abk\u00fchlen lassen, \u00f6ffnen und das Huhn aus der Fl\u00fcssigkeit heben. (Im Normalkochtopf verl\u00e4ngert sich die Kochzeit auf 1 1\/2 Stunden). Huhn abk\u00fchlen lassen, Fleisch von den Knochen l\u00f6sen und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Br\u00fche durchsieben. Kartoffeln in etwa 20 min gar kochen. M\u00f6hren und Brokkoli waschen und putzen. M\u00f6hren in feine Stifte, Brokkoli in kleine R\u00f6schen schneiden. Stiele sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln. Nudeln, M\u00f6hrenstifte, Brokkoli und H\u00fchnerfleisch 5 min vor Ende der Garzeit zu den Kartoffeln geben und mitgaren.
