Mehl und Speisest\u00e4rke dar\u00fcber sieben und vorsichtig unterheben. Die Butter zugeben. Den Teig im auf 175 Grad Vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 30 Minuten backen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Gelatine in kaltem Wasser ca. 10 Minuten einweichen, ausdr\u00fccken und in einem Topf mit etwas Wasser erhitzen und aufl\u00f6sen. Die Heidelbeeren mit dem Zucker p\u00fcrieren. Die aufgel\u00f6ste Gelatine unter die Heidelbeeren r\u00fchren. Das Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen, Puderzucker dazuf\u00fcgen und weiter schlagen, bis das Eiwei\u00df sehr steif ist. Die Sahne schlagen, mit dem Eischnee zusammen unter die Heidelbeermasse heben. Um den ausgek\u00fchlten Biskuitboden einen Tortenring legen. Die Masse auf dem Boden verteilen und kalt stellen.
