Den Vorteig mit Mehl bestreut zugedeckt 15 Minuten gehen lassen. Die Zwiebeln und die Knoblauchzehe feinhacken. Das fl\u00fcssige Fett mit den Eiern, Gew\u00fcrzen, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch verr\u00fchren, zum Vorteig geben und alles verkneten. Dann den Teig wieder 15 Minuten gehen lassen.
