Schweinefilet der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und quer in 1 cm dicke Streifen schneiden. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein reiben. Das Fleisch mit den Zutaten der Marinade mischen, 30 Minuten marinieren. Restlichen Zucker, Sojasauce, Sesam\u00f6l, St\u00e4rke, den H\u00fchnerfond, Zitronensaft und Ketchup zu einer Sauce verr\u00fchren. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln bis zum Dunkelgr\u00fcnen schr\u00e4g in 4 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden, im \u00d6l (I) bei starker Hitze 1 Minute unter Wenden anbraten, aus der Pfanne nehmen. Die Nudeln in einer zweiten grossen Pfanne im heissen \u00d6l (II) bei mittlerer Hitze unter gelegentlichem Wenden goldbraun braten. Das Fleisch in der ersten Pfanne im restlichen \u00d6l rundum bei starker Hitze 1 Minute unter Wenden anbraten. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und die Sauce dazugeben und 2-3 Minuten leise kochen lassen.
