Zuckerschoten putzen und waschen. Bambus abgetropft in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Paprika putzen, waschen, in schmale, kurze Streifen teilen. Chili entkernen, in Ringe schneiden. Zwiebel und Ingwer sch\u00e4len, fein hacken. Alles in zwei EL \u00d6l im Wok (oder Pfanne) anbraten. Abgetropfte Pilze, Zuckerschoten, Paprika unter R\u00fchren bissfest braten, herausnehmen, warm stellen. Fleisch in restlichem \u00d6l scharf anbraten, herausnehmen. Die Glasnudeln im Pfannenfett anbraten. Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse unterheben. \u00dcbrige Sojasauce, Reiswein, Br\u00fche und Sesam\u00f6l verr\u00fchren, angiessen, aufkochen, salzen und pfeffern.
