Die Nudeln in reichlich Wasser ca. 10 Minuten kochen. Herausnehmen und gut abtropfen lassen. \u00d6l (1) untermengen, damit sie nicht aneinander kleben. Die H\u00e4lfte des \u00d6ls (2) erhitzen, die H\u00e4lfte der Zwiebeln darin hellbraun anbraten. Die Nudeln und den Chinakohl dazugeben und unter R\u00fchren 5 Min. braten. Die Austernsauce hineingeben und gut untermischen. Alles aus der Pfanne auf eine Servierplatte geben. Das restliche \u00d6l (2) erhitzen, die verbliebenen Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und Ingwer hineingeben und hellbraun braten. Das Fleisch und die Pilze dazugeben und etwa 5 Minuten mitbraten. Nun das Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles zum Kochen bringen. Nach Geschmack w\u00fcrzen.
