Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfelig schneiden. Die Tomaten waschen und in Achtel schneiden. Die Pfefferminze in Streifen schneiden. Alternativ zu dem Schneiden ist auch das Drehen durch die grobe Scheibe des Fleischwolfs m\u00f6glich.<br \/>\nAlle Zutaten bis auf den Zucker und die H\u00e4lfte des Weins zum Kochen bringen und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren ca. 30 Minuten kochen lassen. Dann den Zucker und den Rest Wein dazugeben und das Ganze unter R\u00fchren nochmals 10 Minuten kochen lassen.<br \/>\nDas Chutney hei\u00df in vorbereitete Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen und sofort verschlie\u00dfen.
