Man streut Paprika darauf. Die in gr\u00f6\u00dfere W\u00fcrfel geschnittenen Pilze und Salz sowie die in d\u00fcnne Ringe geschnittene Paprikaschote werden hinzugegeben. Man d\u00fcnstet bis der Saft verkocht ist. Saure Sahne wird mit Mehl verr\u00fchrt und mit soviel Wasser auf die Pilze gegossen, wie s\u00e4mig man die Speise bereiten will.
