Die feingeschnittene Zwiebel wird in Butter ged\u00fcnstet, die Pilze und Petersilie zugegeben, gew\u00fcrzt und weichged\u00fcnstet. Sind die Pilze weich, streut man Mehl darauf, gibt die Milch dazu, dann die Eier und kocht bis zum eindicken. Danach gie\u00dft man die Masse in ein gebuttertes Gef\u00e4\u00df und bedeckt sie mit gerettetem Papier.
