Eventuell Rosinen und Mandeln zuf\u00fcgen. Den Backofen 5 Minuten auf 50\u00b0C vorheizen, ausschalten, den abgedeckten Teig 15 Minuten im Backofen aufgehen lassen. F\u00fcr den Mohnbelag alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, mit kochender Milch \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und 1\/2 Stunde zugedeckt stehen lassen. Den aufgegangenen Hefeteig auf ein gefettetes Backblech oder in die Fettpfanne streichen, den abgek\u00fchlten Mohnbelag gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig darauf verteilen. Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Streusel in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und zusammenkneten. Den Streuselteig mit den Fingern zerteilen und auf die Mohnschicht geben.
