Zugedeckt etwa 1 Stunde bei schwacher Hitze kochen lassen, bis das Fleisch weich ist. H\u00e4hnchenteile herausnehmen und abtropfen lassen, etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit abmessen. H\u00e4hnchen abk\u00fchlen lassen, von Haut und Knochen l\u00f6sen. Fleisch in St\u00fccke schneiden. \u00d6l in einer grossen Pfanne erhitzen, Kohl, Selleriew\u00fcrfel und H\u00e4hnchenst\u00fccke zugeben. 5 Minuten unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren kr\u00e4ftig anbraten. Dann N\u00fcsse, Sojasauce, Zucker und die Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit unter R\u00fchren zugeben. Alles zum Kochen bringen. Ananas zuf\u00fcgen, wieder zum Kochen bringen und 3 Min. kochen lassen.
