Die Maiskolben waschen und in kochendem Wasser ca. 8 Minuten garen. Die Bohnen und den Mais salzen. Die Zwiebeln pellen und w\u00fcrfeln. Obstessig, Salz, Pfeffer und \u00d6l verr\u00fchren. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel unterr\u00fchren. Die lauwarmen Bohnen mit der Bohnenbr\u00fche dazugeben und 15 Minuten ziehen lassen. Die Kr\u00e4uter waschen und trocken sch\u00fctteln, die Stiele entfernen. Die Maisk\u00f6rner von den Kolben entfernen. Kr\u00e4uter und Mais zu den Bohnen geben. Alles mischen und mit Salz und Essig abschmecken. Den Schafsk\u00e4se w\u00fcrfeln und mit den schwarzen Oliven unter den Salat mengen.
