Die Butter mit Honig (1) schaumig schlagen. Die Eier und die Mehlmischung abwechselnd nach und nach unterr\u00fchren. Das Zitronat hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C vorheizen. Die Kuchenkastenform gut mit Butter ausstreichen und mit der H\u00e4lfte des Teiges f\u00fcllen. Unter den restlichen Teig den Mohn, das Rosenwasser, den Zimt, den Kakao und den Honig (2) r\u00fchren. Den dunklen Teig auf dem hellen verteilen und mit einer Gabel spiralf\u00f6rmig untermischen. Den Marmorkuchen auf der mittleren Schiene 1 Stunde backen. Den Kuchen noch 5 Minuten im ausgeschalteten Backofen stehen lassen. Den Rum mit dem Zitronensaft mischen und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber den Kuchen gie\u00dfen. Den Marmorkuchen in der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
