Vorsichtig entkernen und die Schoten aussp\u00fclen. Salzwasser aufkochen und die Schoten darin 10 Minuten vorgaren, mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken und dann h\u00e4uten. Die Schoten mit K\u00fcchenpapier trocken tupfen.<br \/>\nDen Schafsk\u00e4se in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit der Gabel zerkleinern. Zwei Eier verquirlen und untermischen. Petersilie waschen, trockensch\u00fctteln, die Bl\u00e4ttchen hacken und die H\u00e4lfte davon mit einer Prise Pfeffer unter den K\u00e4se mischen. Die Schoten damit f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nOliven\u00f6l in der Pfanne mittelstark erhitzen und die Schoten darin unter Wenden zehn Minuten braten.
