Die Zwiebeln im verbliebenen Bratfett glasig d\u00fcnsten. Den Knoblauch dazupressen. Die Ananas-Paprikamischung dazugeben, salzen und pfeffern. Die Nelken, das Lorbeerblatt, die Zimtstange und den Thymian dazugeben.
