Den Teig auf ein gefettetes Blech streichen und backen. Schaltung: 180 &#8211; 200\u00b0, 2. Schiebeleiste v.u. 160 &#8211; 180\u00b0, Umluftbacken ca. 20 Minuten.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Creme 1 Tasse Wasser mit Zucker zum Kochen bringen. Sahnepudddingpulver mit 1 Tasse Wasser und Eigelb verquirlen, unter R\u00fchren ins kochende Wasser gie\u00dfen, einmal aufkochen, danach etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. Butter und Saft von 2 Zitronen unter den warmen Pudding r\u00fchren und sofort auf den gebackenen Kuchen streichen. Ganz abk\u00fchlen lassen. Schlagsahne steif schlagen, auf die kalte Creme streichen. Butterkekse auf die Sahne legen.
