Hefe hineinbr\u00f6keln, Zucker dr\u00fcberstreuen und mit 3 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffel lauwarmer Milch verr\u00fchren. Vorteig 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Restliche Milch, Zucker; Margarinefl\u00f6ckchen, Eier auf den Mehlrand setzen. Alles gut mit einander verkneten, damit der Teig locker wird. Wenn er sich vom Sch\u00fcsselboden l\u00f6st, wieder etwa 20-30 Minuten gehen lassen, bis sich der Teig verdoppelt hat. Teig auf dem gut gefettetem Blech gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig ausrollen und dick mit Zwetschgen belegen. Kuchen im Vorgeheizten Backofen etwa 20-30 Minuten bei 190 \u00b0C Umluft backen.
