Zwiebel, Chilies, Ingwer, Knoblauch, Kardamom, Ei, Semmelbr\u00f6sel, Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben, gr\u00fcndlich vermischen. Aus der Mischung kleine B\u00e4llchen (je etwa 1 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffel) formen. Ghee oder \u00d6l in Pfanne erhitzen. Fleischb\u00e4llchen in mehreren Portionen rundum knusprig braun braten, abtropfen lassen, in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.<br \/>\nSauce: Ghee oder \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel, Chili, Ingwer, Knoblauch und Kurkuma dazugeben. Bei schwacher Hitze unter R\u00fchren weich d\u00fcnsten. Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Chilipulver, Essig, Fleischb\u00e4llchen und Wasser untermischen. Zugedeckt 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br \/>\nJoghurt und Kokosmilch verr\u00fchren und in den Topf geben.
