Die Kartoffeln mit der Schale kochen. Pelle abziehen und in grosse St\u00fccke schneiden. 2\/3 des Kokospulvers mit Wasser (2) und 1\/3 mit Wasser (3) mischen. Die &#8222;d\u00fcnne&#8220; Mischung wird erst verwendet und die &#8222;dicke&#8220; Mischung zu einem sp\u00e4terem Zeitpunkt. Chili, Kurkuma und Wasser (1) mischen. \u00d6l in Pfanne oder Wok erhitzen. Zwiebeln goldgelb braten. Chilimischung zuf\u00fcgen u. nochmals kurz durchbraten. H\u00e4hnchenteile und 1 El. des &#8222;d\u00fcnnen&#8220; Santan (Cocosnuss-Wassers) zugeben und 1-2 Min. braten. Das restliche &#8222;d\u00fcnne&#8220; Cocosnusswasser langsam (d\u00fcnner Strahl) und Currypulver zugeben. Bei schwacher Hitze 25-30 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das H\u00e4hnchen zart ist. Die Kartoffeln, das &#8222;dicke&#8220; Cocoswasser, Salz und Monosodium Glutamat (falls erw\u00fcnscht) zugeben und zum Kochen bringen. Dazu serviert man Reis.
