Filets mit dem Messer in ein cm breite Streifen, diese in 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit Speisest\u00e4rke best\u00e4uben. St\u00e4rke mit den H\u00e4nden so einarbeiten, dass alle W\u00fcrfel umh\u00fcllt sind &#8211; dadurch bleibt das Fleisch beim Braten zart. Zuletzt 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Sesam\u00f6l untermischen.<br \/>\n2. Zwiebel abziehen, 1 cm gro\u00df w\u00fcrfeln. Brokkoli waschen. R\u00f6schen von den Stielen schneiden. Stiele 1 cm gro\u00df w\u00fcrfeln. R\u00f6schen so zerteilen, dass sie etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die \u00fcbrigen W\u00fcrfel sind.<br \/>\n3. M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len, mit einem Messer ringsum 5-6 mal der L\u00e4nge nach einkerben und in Scheibchen hobeln. So entstehen bl\u00fctenf\u00f6rmige Scheiben. Chilischote putzen, waschen, entkernen, fein w\u00fcrfeln.<br \/>\n4. Wok erhitzen. Mit \u00d6l auspinseln. \u00d6l und \u00fcbriges Sesam\u00f6l im Wok erhitzen, Cashewkerne unter R\u00fchren anbraten, herausnehmen. Fleisch bei starker Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem Wenden anbraten, mit Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, herausnehmen.<br \/>\n5. Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel im Bratfett unter R\u00fchren anbraten. Ingwer, Knoblauch, Brokkolistiele und M\u00f6hren zugeben, unter R\u00fchren 2 Minuten braten. Dann Brokkolir\u00f6schen und Chiliw\u00fcrfel zuf\u00fcgen. Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse werden getrennt angebraten um den Eigengeschmack zu erhalten.<br \/>\n6. Sojasauce, Reiswein (oder trockenen Sherry) und H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche zugie\u00dfen. Fleisch und N\u00fcsse hineingeben und alles unter R\u00fchren bei starker Hitze in 3 Minuten bissfest braten.<br \/>\nTip: Anstelle von Cashewkernen k\u00f6nnen Sie dieselbe Menge gesch\u00e4lter
