Das Schmalz in einem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebeln darin kurz anbraten. Den Gr\u00fcnkohl dazugeben und unter h\u00e4ufigen R\u00fchren bei schwacher Hitze auftauen lassen. Das Kasseler und die Kohlw\u00fcrste mundgerecht w\u00fcrfeln und unter den Gr\u00fcnkohl mischen. Den Gr\u00fcnkohl mit Salz, Pfeffer und Senf w\u00fcrzen. Den Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Inzwischen die Kartoffeln waschen, sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Den Gr\u00fcnkohl in eine Auflaufform geben und die Kartoffelscheiben darauf legen. Die Eigelbe gut mit der Creme fraiche verr\u00fchren und \u00fcber die Kartoffelscheiben geben.<br \/>\nDen Auflauf mit Alufolie abgedeckt auf der unteren Einschubleiste in den Ofen schieben und etwa 20 Minuten backen.
