Man erhitzt nun ein Drittel des Fetts, gibt das Weisse der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel hinein und br\u00e4t sie, bis sie weich ist. Das H\u00e4hnchenfleisch und die Krabben dazugeben und braten, bis sich die Farbe \u00e4ndert. Alles herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. Jetzt wird das verbliebene \u00d6l erhitzt und der Ingwer darin 1-2 Minuten gebraten. Nun wird der Paprika, Chilli, die Pilze, die Zwiebeln und das Gr\u00fcne der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln hineingegeben und alles schnell f\u00fcr 4-5 Minuten gebraten. Wasser zugeben und umr\u00fchren. Das Fleisch hineingeben, gut umger\u00fchren und mit Salz, Glutamat und Pfeffer abgeschmecken.
