In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel Butter und Zucker verr\u00fchren. Eigelbe untermischen. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz vermischen, abwechselnd mit Zitronensaft und -schale zur Eigelbmischung geben.
