Die Garnelen l\u00e4ngs am R\u00fccken entlang aufschlitzen und entd\u00e4rmen. Zitronengras, Schalotten und Ingwer grob zerkleinern. Mit Koriander, Currypaste, Sojasauce, Fischsauce und Zucker im Mixer zu einer Paste verr\u00fchren. Die Garnelen gut damit einreiben, mit dieser Paste bedeckt in einer Sch\u00fcssel etwa 30 Minuten marinieren.
