Das Filet mit den K\u00e4sestiften &#8222;spicken&#8220;. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika w\u00fcrzen, in Mehl wenden. Butter in einem Topf oder Br\u00e4ter erhitzen. Das gespickte Schweinefilet von allen Seiten anbraten. Zwiebel w\u00fcrfeln und dazu geben. Mit dem Joghurt angie\u00dfen, Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel zugeben und ca. 40 Minuten schmoren. Fleisch aus der So\u00dfe nehmen und in Scheiben schneiden.
