In einem gro\u00dfen Schmortopf das Schweineschmalz erhitzen. Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, feinhacken und mit den Fleischw\u00fcrfeln anbraten. Das Tomatenmark in wenig Wasser verr\u00fchren und dazugeben. Mit der hei\u00dfen Fleischbr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Cayennepfeffer, Paprika und Chilipulver w\u00fcrzen. Den Rotwein dazugiessen. Zugedeckt 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br \/>\nTomaten kurz in heisses Wasser geben und h\u00e4uten. Kleinschneiden und zu dem Fleisch geben. Weitere 30 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen.
