Die Tomaten am Stielansatz kreuzf\u00f6rmig einschneiden und kurz in heisses Wasser legen. Die Haut abziehen und die Tomaten in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Pepperoni waschen und in sehr kleine Ringe zerschneiden. Die Butter in einer grossen Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebelst\u00fccke d\u00fcnsten, bis sie weich geworden sind, dann die Pepperoni und Tomaten zugeben und noch weitere 2-3 Minuten braten.<br \/>\nDie Eier zerschlagen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Paprikapulver verr\u00fchren.
