M\u00fchle<\/p>\n<p><b>Zubereitung<\/b><br \/>1. Mandeln im Wok ohne Fett goldbraun r\u00f6sten, herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. <br \/>2. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und kleinschneiden. Brokkoli putzen und in kleine R\u00f6schen zerteilen. M\u00f6hren putzen und stiften. <br \/>3. Garnelen entdarmen, waschen, trockentupfen und im hei\u00dfen \u00d6l 3 bis 4 Minuten braten. An den Rand schieben. <br \/>4. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch glasig d\u00fcnsten. Brokkoli zugeben, unter R\u00fchren 4 Minuten braten. M\u00f6hren zugeben und alles ca. 8 Minuten weiterbraten. <br \/>5. Br\u00fche zugie\u00dfen. Garnelen zugeben. Mit Fisch- oder Sojasauce, Zitronensaft und Pfeffer abschmecken. Zuletzt die Mandeln unterheben.
