Den Teig zusammendr\u00fccken, kleine St\u00fccke abschneiden und zu walnussgrossen Kugeln formen. Mit einem Tuch bedeckt weitere 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Im auf 160\u00b0C erhitzten Frittierfett golbraun ausbacken.
