Sultaninen, Korinthen und Datteln hacken, Kirschen halbieren. Alles in einem Topf mit Butter, Zucker, den gemahlenen Gew\u00fcrzen und Tee verr\u00fchren. Auf den Herd stellen und weiterr\u00fchren, bis die Butter zergangen ist. Aufkochen und ohne Deckel 5 Minuten unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren kochen. Vom Herd nehmen und v\u00f6llig abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Eier schlagen. Sherry, Eier und Marmelade zugeben, alles gut vermischen. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz hineinsieben, den Teig wiederum gut vermischen. Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in die Backform geben und bei etwa 160 \u00b0C eineinhalb bis zwei Stunden backen. Herausnehmen und bis zum v\u00f6lligen Abk\u00fchlen in Aluminiumfolie einpacken.
