Man stellt zur\u00fcck auf die Flamme und br\u00e4t weiter. Die gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig geschnittenen Pilzscheiben sowie Salz werden hinzugegeben. Unter gelegentlichem Umr\u00fchren wird auf kleiner Flamme bis zum Garwerden ged\u00fcnstet. Inzwischen gibt man das Letscho dazu, verr\u00fchrt Mehl mit saurer Sahne, dickt damit das Pilzpaprikasch ein und kocht es auf. Mit Spiegelei wird serviert.<br \/>Man erhitzt Fett in der Pfanne und schl\u00e4gt die Eier vorsichtig hinein. Auf kleiner Flamme br\u00e4t man, bis das Eiwei\u00df fest geworden, aber das Eigelb noch weich ist. Die gebratenen Eier werden vorsichtig herausgenommen und auf das Paprikasch gegeben. Man kann auch die Eier auf das Paprikasch schlagen und sie so braten. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, da\u00df das Eigelb ganz bleibt.
