Den Rosenkohl in 12 &#8211; 15 Minuten in Salzwasser garen, abschrecken und gut abtropfen lassen.<br \/>2. Die Schlagsahne aufkochen. Den Rosenkohl hineingeben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnu\u00df w\u00fcrzen. Den Rosenkohl unter R\u00fchren in der Sahne weich kochen.<br \/>3.
