Restliche Milch zusch\u00fctten, salzen und die geschmolzene Butter oder Margarine zugeben. Nun Eierkuchen ausbacken. Den Backofen auf 275\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcllung 1 und 2 zubereiten: Zutaten und Kr\u00e4uter unter den Joghurt r\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer kr\u00e4ftig abschmecken. Die F\u00fcllung \u00fcber die Eierkuchen streichen und zusammenrollen. Die gef\u00fcllten Eierkuchen in eine gefettete feuerfeste Form schichten.
