Den Knoblauch im Ganzen bei 160\u00b0C im Backofen etwa 30-40 Minuten auf der mittleren Schiene backen. Herausnehmen, den Boden abschneiden und die nur weiche Knoblauchcreme mit den H\u00e4nden in ein Sch\u00fcsselchen ausdr\u00fccken.<br \/>2. Anchovis sehr fein hacken. Mit dem Raps\u00f6l, der abgeriebenen Schale der Zitrone, dem ausgepressten Zitronensaft, dem gehackten Kerbel sowie Salz und Pfeffer zu einer glatten Masse r\u00fchren.<br \/>3. Den Spargel waschen, die Enden abschneiden. Mit der Creme als kleinen pikanten Snack servieren.
