Die klein geschnittene Butter und das Salz am Rand verteilen, alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten, den 30 Minuten kaltstellen. Eine 24cm &#8211; Springform einfetten, mit bl\u00fctenzarten K\u00f6llnflocken ausstreuen und mit 2\/3 des ausgerollten Teigs bedecken. Vom restlichen Teig eine Rolle formen und am Rand verteilen, etwas Hochdr\u00fccken. Den M\u00fcrbeteig mit einer Gabel etwas einstechen und auf mittlerer Schiene bei 200 \u00b0C 20 min. backen. Die Eier f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung trennen und Eigelb mit dem Zucker schaumig schlagen. Joghurt, abgeriebene Zitronenschale, Zitronensaft, 2\/3 der Mangofr\u00fcchte klein geschnitten und die nach Anweisung aufgel\u00f6ste Gelatine unter die Masse r\u00fchren und kaltstellen. Beginnt die Creme fest zu werden, den steif geschlagenen Eischnee unterr\u00fchren und die Masse auf dem Teigboden verteilen. Die Torte in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen &#8211; mindestens 2 Stunden &#8211; und den Springformrand erst dann vorsichtig l\u00f6sen, wenn die Creme richtig fest geworden ist. Kiwis sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden.
