Creme zusammen Butter und Zucker in einer R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel mit dem Handmixer aufschlagen. Eier hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter schlagen. Melasse und Butter \/ Sauermilch zumischen. F\u00fcgen Sie nun alle trockenen Zutaten unter R\u00fchren hinzu bis alles gut durchgemischt ist. Rosinen zuf\u00fcgen. Muffinformen zu 2\/3 f\u00fcllen und bei 180\u00b0C im Ofen 20 Minuten oder bis sie goldbraun sind backen.
