Die H\u00e4lfte des \u00d6ls in einer beschichteten Pfanne leicht erhitzen, die H\u00e4lfte des Teiges Hineingeben, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen und zu einem d\u00fcnnen Pfannkuchen backen. Mit der zweiten Teigh\u00e4lfte ebenso verfahren. Die Pfannkuchen abk\u00fchlen lassen und in d\u00fcnne Streifen (Fl\u00e4dle) schneiden. Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche erhitzen, mit Meersalz abschmecken und die Fl\u00e4dle Hineingeben.
