Fischsud<br \/>\n1 Prise Wei\u00dfwein<br \/>\n1\/8 l Sherry, trocken<br \/>\n1 TL Oregano<br \/>\n2 TL Zucker<br \/>\n2 Eigelbe<br \/>\n1\/8 l Sahne<br \/>\ndiverse Kr\u00e4uter, frisch<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nFisch vorbereiten, in St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit Zitronensaft s\u00e4uern, salzen und pfeffern. Kartoffeln w\u00fcrfeln und in \u00d6l kurz anbraten. Tomaten enth\u00e4uten und vierteln. Zwiebel w\u00fcrfeln und in \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten. Danach Knoblauch zuf\u00fcgen. Alle Zutaten bis auf Ei, Sahne und Kr\u00e4uter in einen Topf geben und ca. 20 min garen ohne zu kochen. Eigelb mit Sahne verr\u00fchren und die Suppe damit legieren.
