Glas)<br \/>\n1 Bund Petersilie<br \/>\n1-2 EL Mehl<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nPfeffer aus der M\u00fchle<br \/>\n125 ml \u00d6l zum Ausbacken <\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Linsen kurz kalt absp\u00fclen. Den Speck fein w\u00fcrfeln  und  in einer  Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze 4 &#8211; 5 Minuten krosz ausbraten. Mit der Schaumkelle  herausnehmen  und  abtropfen  lassen. Die Zwiebel pellen und fein w\u00fcrfeln und im Speckfett 1 &#8211; 2 Minuten glasig d\u00fcnsten.  Die  Linsen  dazugeben  und  mit  Gefl\u00fcgelfond auff\u00fcllen. Die Masse in einen Topf umf\u00fcllen. 15 &#8211; 20 Minuten im geschlossenen Topf weich kochen. Die Petersilie fein hacken.<br \/>\nAlles mit dem Schneidestab des Handr\u00fchrers p\u00fcrieren.  Mehl und Ei dazugeben, mit  Salz  und  Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Petersilie und Speckw\u00fcrfel untermischen.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; 3 El \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Linsenmasse darin portionsweise zu 24 Pl\u00e4tzchen verarbeiten: F\u00fcr jedes Pl\u00e4tzchen 1 EL von der Masse in die Pfanne geben und von jeder Seite 1-2 Minuten braten.
