Die Butter in einem Topf erhitzen und die Lauchringe kurz darin and\u00fcnsten.  Die  Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und durch die Knoblauchpresse dazudr\u00fccken.<br \/>\nMit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit  ganz  einkochen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Linsen einstreuen und mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen. Die Suppe aufkochen und etwa 20 Minuten koecheln, bis die Linsen ganz weich sind. Dann mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Chilipfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nDie Suppe mit dem P\u00fcrierstab oder im Mixer p\u00fcrieren, durch ein Sieb streichen und nochmals  aufkochen.
