Auf mildem Feuer etwa 20 &#8211; 30 Minuten k\u00fccheln, bis die Linsen weich sind. Also behutsam und vorsichtig, weil die Linsen  sehr leicht zerfallen!<br \/>\nZwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer fein hacken. Chilischoten winzig klein w\u00fcrfeln.<br \/>\nIn  einem  zweiten Topf  Butterschmalz erhitzen, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer and\u00fcnsten. Erst wenn die Zwiebeln weich sind, die gew\u00fcrfelten Chilis, sowie den Kreuzkmmel hinzuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\nDie Linsen abgie\u00dfen und dazugeben. Erhitzen, abschmecken und gr\u00fcndlich umr\u00fchren. In einer Sch\u00fcssel anrichten. Den Joghurt glattr\u00fchren und \u00fcber die Linsen gie\u00dfen.
