Danach in ein Sieb abgieszen und abtropfen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Linsen verlesen und waschen. Die Kartoffel und die M\u00f6hre waschen und sch\u00e4len. Die Sellerie waschen und putzen. Die Kartoffel in kleine W\u00fcrfel, die M\u00f6hre in Scheiben und die Sellerie quer in feine Streifen schneiden. Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch kalt absp\u00fclen, trockentupfen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen und darin das Fleisch mit den Zwiebeln bei mittlerer etwa 3 Minuten anbraten.<br \/>\nDen Knoblauch durch die Presse dazudr\u00fccken. Die Kartoffeln, die M\u00f6hre und den Sellerie dazugeben, kurz mitbraten und mit der Fleischbr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Die Kichererbsen und die Linsen dazugeben und alles zugedeckt etwa 1 Stunde bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Zwischendurch den entstehenden Schaum absch\u00f6pfen.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit die Tomaten mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcberbr\u00fchen, h\u00e4uten, von den Stielansaetzen befreien und mit dem P\u00fcrierstab oder Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Die Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und ohne die groben Stiele fein hacken.<br \/>\nNach einer Stunde Kochzeit das Tomatenp\u00fcree, die Petersilie, den Reis, den Zitronensaft, die Harissa und die Gew\u00fcrze in die Suppe geben, gut umr\u00fchren und alles zugedeckt in etwa 20 Minuten fertiggaren.<br \/>\nDie Speisest\u00e4rke mit etwas kaltem Wasser anr\u00fchren und unter R\u00fchren in die Suppe geben.
