Zwiebel in der Butter (1)  glasig d\u00fcnsten; Tomatenmark und Paprikapaste zugeben, 1 Minute mitd\u00fcnsten. Karotten, Kartoffeln und Linsen sowie Thymian und Minze, mit wenig Bouillon abl\u00f6schen und 45 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze   kochen lassen, ab und zu umr\u00fchren. Die Suppe durch ein Sieb dr\u00fccken und in den Topf zur\u00fcckgeben. Eventuell mit Bouillon verl\u00e4ngern, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Butter (2) braeunen, Paprikapulver unterr\u00fchren.
