Die Linsen gr\u00fcndlich waschen und 30 min in kaltem Wasser einweichen.<br \/>\n2. Erst 3, dann die anderen 2 Knoblauchzehen hacken und getrennt<br \/>\nbeiseite stellen.<br \/>\n3. Die Tamarinde 30 Minuten in 125 ml hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen. Durch ein Sieb abgie\u00dfen, dabei die Tamarinde gut ausdr\u00fccken und das Tamarindenwasser beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n4. In einem Topf 1,75 Liter Wasser zum Kochen bringen. Die abgetropften Linsen hineingeben und aufkochen lassen. K\u00fcrbis, Zwiebel, Tomaten, 3 gehackte Knoblauchzehen, Ingwer, gr\u00fcne Chillies, Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Chillipulver zugeben und die Linsen 30 Minuten bei mittlerer Temperatur kochen lassen.<br \/>\n5. Nach Belieben Tamarindenwasser und Limonensaft zugie\u00dfen und 1 Teel\u00f6ffel<br \/>\nSalz zugeben. Zwei Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, den Topf vom Herd nehmen und die Linsen mit einem Schneebesen kr\u00e4ftig durchr\u00fchren, bis sie einen geschmeidigen Brei ergeben.<br \/>\n6. Kurz vor dem Servieren \u00d6l oder Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den restlichen Knoblauch darin etwa eine Minute braten.
