Die roten Linsen in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche bissfest garen und abgiessen<br \/>\n(etwas Br\u00fche aufbewahren f\u00fcr die Vinaigrette). Die Linsen kalt<br \/>\nabschrecken.<br \/>\nAus Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Oliven\u00f6l eine Vinaigrette r\u00fchren. Die Linsen damit vermengen und ca. 15 Minuten durchziehen lassen. Eventuell noch etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit zugeben, der Salat darf nicht zu trocken sein.
